DRYAGER Dry Aging Production Units integrate seamlessly into your existing cooling setup. The all-in-one system installs as a compact ceiling unit and includes all necessary components. Depending on your cold room size and site conditions, one of two power classes is selected.
Every unit comes fully equipped with HumiControl™, DX AirReg™, and integrated UVC sterilization — ensuring stable conditions, maximum product safety, and consistently reproducible aging results.

Compressor, condenser, evaporator, and full Dry Aging technology — all combined in one compact, plug-in ceiling unit. Simply install the DRYAGER Production Unit into a ceiling cutout of your cold room, plug it in, and your refrigeration cell becomes a fully functional Dry Aging walk-in chamber for meat, ham, sausages, cheese, and fish.
